At St Andrew's Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Northampton. This is a part-time role, with 22 hours per week available.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced nurse to work across the Supportive Transition Service (STS) at Billing Lodge, Lime Trees & Glendale. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and be able to provide high-quality care to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, and carers. They will also be highly resilient and able to work under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and deploying staff to meet patient needs. You will also develop, implement, review, and promote effective outcome-focused care plans, attending ward rounds and contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions.

You will be required to ensure all patient records, risk assessments, and interventions are up-to-date and accurate, using reflection and supervision to learn from events and improve patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £39,496 pro rata per annum, plus shift enhancements, as well as a range of benefits including pension and life assurance, sickness policy, and annual leave.
