We're seeking a talented Graduate Energy Transformation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in delivering our vision for a sustainable energy future.

About the Role

You'll attend in-person and virtual development sessions throughout your program to equip you with the essential skills required.

Our graduate program is designed to help you transition from campus to corporate life. You'll have access to 121 coaching, a mentor, and regular feedback to support your growth and development.

What You'll Need to Apply

To be eligible to apply for this role, you'll need to achieve a minimum 2:2 in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree discipline. You'll also need a full valid UK driving license that allows you to drive in the UK, and flexibility to travel within the role and throughout your rotations as required.

We're committed to creating diverse teams and perspectives, and we're an equal opportunities employer. All our offers are based on the right to work in the UK, qualifications, and business need.

What You'll Get in Return

We offer a graduate starting salary of £34,895, as well as a range of benefits, including a £2,000 bonus, 26 days' holiday, and up to £200 per month accommodation allowance. You'll also have access to pension and share-option schemes, Flexible Benefits, and close mentorship and regular feedback.
