Job Opportunity

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly experienced professional to spearhead the development and management of a comprehensive portfolio of green assets, renewable energy solutions, and energy metering devices.

This role reports directly into the Global Business Director and is responsible for driving business growth by identifying market opportunities, developing new products, and executing strategic initiatives to expand on the clients growing presence within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and champion a comprehensive business strategy to establish the company as a market player in renewable energy solutions, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  2. Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs in the renewable energy sector.
  3. Drive product innovation and development by conceptualizing, prioritizing, and launching new renewable energy solutions (products and services) that address market demand.
  4. Build and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market reach, accelerate growth, and enhance the company's competitive position in the renewable energy market.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business management, strategic planning, product management, or sales leadership roles, with a focus on renewable energy solutions and green assets.
  2. Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and industry trends, with expertise in PV solar, battery storage, inverters, and energy management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in a senior leadership role within a reputable renewable energy company or division, with a proven track record of driving business transformation and achieving strategic objectives.
  2. Technical background or certifications in renewable energy technologies, project management, or sustainability.
  3. Knowledge of energy markets, financing mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks for renewable energy projects, including incentives, subsidies, and policy initiatives.
