As an Enabling Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from their person-centred support plan
  • Maintaining accurate records, in line with service requirements
  • Administering personal care and medication, as needed
  • Covering sleep-in sessions, with a £60 payment for each shift
