Job Description

In this role, you will work with students who face challenges in mainstream education, providing them with the guidance and support they need to achieve personal growth and educational success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting student behaviour: Working with students individually and in small groups to manage and improve their behaviour, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Providing tailored interventions: Helping students develop social, emotional, and problem-solving skills through structured activities and mentoring.
  • Collaborating with staff: Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
