The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication plans that promote employee engagement, build relationships, and drive business success. You will work closely with the Executive Team to ensure seamless communication and alignment with the company's goals and values.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute internal communication plans that build relationships and promote employee engagement.
  • To support the Executive Team in communicating with the business to deliver the company's community agenda.
  • To monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 days of office-based work per week
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in internal communications or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
