About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm in the Midlands as a Paraplanning Expert.

You will be providing a full paraplanning function to one of their Senior Financial Advisors, ensuring client service and compliance are always delivered. The business is building an infrastructure to have a 2:1 ratio of back office team to Financial Advisors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining client files and reviews
  • Building cash flow models to provide accurate financial planning solutions
  • Undertaking research to identify suitable financial planning strategies
  • Preparing recommendations and suitability reports for clients
  • Identifying areas for further financial planning and growth opportunities
  • Liaising with clients' legal and tax advisors to ensure seamless implementation
  • Overseeing the implementation of recommendations and ensuring all compliance is in order
  • Attending client meetings on occasions to build strong relationships

The successful candidate will have experience as a Paraplanner, excellent suitability report writing skills, and preferably experience with cash flow modelling. An estimated salary for this role is £35,000-40,000 per annum based on the location and industry standards.
