We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Reeson Education's partner school in East London. As an experienced SEN support staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that pupils with special educational needs receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils who require additional help with their learning
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals as required, such as speech and language therapists and social workers
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and teaching staff.
