Automotive Store Manager

Salary: £33,700 + Performance Bonus
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our multi-million-pound turnover store in Chester. As a customer-centric leader, you will drive sales and KPIs, service, standards, presentation, process, and compliance within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching, leading, and orchestrating the sales team to achieve targets
- Developing the team and creating a succession plan for the business
- Being a brand ambassador and championing company values
- Performance managing individual team members and creating sales superstars
Requirements:
- Proven track record in people management within a big box or high-ticket priced items
- Demonstrated sales management skills through performance management, coaching, and developing
