About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our motoring services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and advise on our products and services.
  • Lead and support your team to deliver sales across the Halfords group.
  • Recommend the right solution for the customer, whether it's a repair in our car park, at our local Autocentre, or through our Halfords Mobile Expert van.
  • Work with colleagues in our Autocentre and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills.
  • Experience of delivering great face-to-face customer service in a retail sales or automotive environment.
  • A track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets.
  • Experience of supervising and coaching others.
  • A keen interest in or experience of working with motoring products and services.
