Mental Health Nurse Position

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive care, addressing both acute medical needs and long-term health management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- NMC Professional Registration and up-to-date knowledge of current nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
