Aon, a global leader in risk management, is seeking an experienced Catastrophe Risk Analyst to join our UK&I Property Team in London.

This challenging role requires a highly skilled individual who can analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses.

As the client analytics lead on reinsurance placements and projects, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their risk profiles and develop strategies to manage their exposure to catastrophe events.

With a strong background in catastrophe analytics, you will be able to provide expert advice to clients on topics such as view of risk, climate change, and event response, using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data and facilitate decision-making.

To excel in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in catastrophe analytics, a strong background in geography or environmental science, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
