We are seeking a highly skilled Telematics Project Engineer to join our Research and Development Team for a major automotive manufacturer. Based in Bedfordshire, this contract role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with connected car design and test teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of on-board Telematics systems, including the generation and release of TCU configuration data. They will also manage suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, as well as project manage on board and off board connected car and infotainment teams.

Understanding of mobile network infrastructure and data transfer is essential, along with knowledge of 5G technologies, non-European mobile networks, MQTT, and End to End System architecture. Familiarity with European Ecall regulations is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and expertise required for this role. If you have experience working with Telematics systems and a passion for innovation, we encourage you to apply.
