Job Summary:

We're seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Haematology/Oncology department at HCA Cancer Network. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with haematological malignancies
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of clinical education programs for nursing staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • NMC Registration
  • Extensive experience of working within a haematology environment
  • Post-Registration Qualification relevant to the role
  • Experience of working within the Clinical Nurse Specialist role or similar senior level
  • Knowledge of relevant national cancer policies and procedures
