This role involves working with young people who have a range of support and housing needs, providing a holistic service to assist with accessing benefits, managing finances, health and wellbeing, maintaining accommodation, and accessing education, employment, or training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a person-centred approach to help young people establish and work towards their goals and aspirations.
  • Take a creative approach to adapting communication style with each individual.
  • Undertake health and safety checks and take an active role in the management and oversight of the buildings.
  • Participate in the management of the Supported Housing team and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
