In this exciting opportunity as a Health Capability Assessor, you will have the chance to apply your clinical expertise in a new and challenging role. As a Health Capability Assessor with Donard Recruitment, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments of individuals' health conditions or disabilities and their impact on daily life as part of the Government's Work Capability Assessment (WCA) benefit.

You will work closely with claimants to understand their health conditions and provide unbiased assessments. Your expertise will play a crucial role in determining eligibility for benefits. With time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence, and team meetings, you will have a fulfilling career as a Health Capability Assessor.

The estimated salary for this role is around £38,500 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include full-time and part-time working hours, hybrid/office split, 25 days holiday per annum rising to 27 days with service, company laptop and mobile phone provided, access to health & wellbeing programme, Headspace mobile app, annual charity day, employee network groups, company matched pension, and life assurance.
