Patient Care Coordinator

**Join Our Team**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Randstad UK. As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with patients to provide high-quality care and support their rehabilitation goals.
**Salary:** £18.10 per hour (plus overtime premium rates)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prioritise and manage patient caseloads effectively
- Provide education, advice and support to patients/carers on home management
- Maintain accurate statistics and professional records
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree/diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in a similar role
- Evidence of working in clinical areas of respiratory, rehabilitation and musculoskeletal outpatients
