">Job Title: Academic Supervisor
">We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Supervisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely receipt of monies owing to the Principals and negotiating any disputed amounts with Charterers.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Calculating and collecting freight and hire charges as per Charter Party (C/P) terms for respective vessels
- Calculating demurrage
- Generating accurate and well-documented claims
- Maintaining and reconciling each vessel's account profile
- Responding on behalf of Principals to charterers' queries
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need a strong academic record, professional qualifications in maritime, and a minimum of 4 years' experience working within Chemical Post Fixtures. You should also have demonstrated understanding of charter party agreements and knowledge of marine and terminal operations.
">Estimated Salary
">The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
