Senior Financial Administrator

About the Role:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including transaction recording, account reconciliations, and bank statement analysis.
- Assist in preparing management accounts and financial statements for clients.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Provide expert financial advice and updates to clients, ensuring they are fully informed about their financial situation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, ideally within an accountancy practice.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage, and Excel.
