Nigel Wright Group, a dynamic and ambitious enterprise, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join their team on an interim basis for a period of 12-14 months. This opportunity has arisen to support the company as they embark on a series of high-profile projects, including the investment in a new production facility.

The Role

As Interim Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Finance Director and collaborate with key stakeholders across the group. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts
  • Business partnering with production and operations
  • P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Product mix and variance analysis
  • Assistance with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Management of a small finance team
