We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Expert to join our team in Cambridge, ON. As a key member of the Commercial Operations segment, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

  1. Consolidate segment results for various business units, including running monthly and quarterly actual and forecast financial statements and other reports.
  2. Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and inventory accounting support as required.
  4. Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  5. Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to business units and leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a finance-related discipline complemented by a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge in SAP and OneStream is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
