As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be part of the Entain family, delivering exceptional customer service and driving standards daily. Your role will be integral to the team, serving customers and building strong relationships to encourage repeat business.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, working together to achieve shared goals and objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, handling complaints, and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
  • Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
  • Maintain high shop standards.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Open or close the shop as needed.

Working Patterns:

Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on the location. This includes weekends and bank holidays. Your typical weekly rota will be made up of a blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, and will vary week to week. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
