We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our partnership delivery team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of services in collaboration with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the partnership delivery team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of repairs maintenance, voids energy and planned works.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  3. Oversee contract management activities including performance, quality, commercial outcomes, and reporting.
  4. Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, service, quality, and client satisfaction.

Role Criteria:

  1. Understanding and experience of social housing maintenance contracts is essential.
  2. Strong customer service ethos and commitment to deliver great customer experience for our customers.
  3. Experience of delivering planned energy works through the PAS framework.
  4. Knowledge of SHDF.
  5. Experience of delivering planned works programmes over £5m per annum.
  6. Experience of leading a team in a senior strategic role.
  7. Experience of leading mobilisation of a new contract.
  8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge internally and externally.
  9. Knowledge of contracts and contract management.
  10. Commercially astute.
  11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to achieve targets.
  12. Ability to proactively manage, analyse and influence outcomes utilising data.
  13. Evidence of achieving, monitoring, and managing performance targets.
  14. Management of complaints which are promptly resolved and dealt with appropriately.
  15. Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of health and safety practices.
  16. Full current UK driving licence.
