Job Title: Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Professional to join our team at a "Good" Ofsted-rated school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and promoting a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Foster independence and confidence in students, while maintaining accurate records of progress and behaviour.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to implement tailored support plans for students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong Secondary Level experience and a genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
