We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Process Transformation Officer to join our Group functions team in either Hove, Cardiff, or London. This strategic role is crucial for driving process transformation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Discovery and investigation process for projects and large-scale programmes across all L&G Portfolios.
- Develop and expand the Discovery and Analysis Team, collaborating with third-party partners to deliver value to stakeholders.
- Formulate and implement the Discovery & Analysis strategy, including branding, scaling, and toolkit development.
- Closely collaborate with the Automation Portfolio Lead to identify and capitalise on automation opportunities during Discovery phases.
- Coordinate the Discovery & Automation proposition to expand process transformation capabilities across L&G Group and beyond.
- Maintain governance and RAID processes to safeguard the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
- Manage and develop the team in accordance with Group policies and the Partnership Agreement to enhance business performance.
- Ensure all business and system changes adhere to best practices and the correct change process methodology.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Extensive knowledge of Office software packages such as MS Office, Business Objects, and MS Access.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methods.
- A strong Programme delivery background, leading large/complex deliverables.
- Extensive experience of end-to-end project delivery, Experience of working in a programme management role.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or APMP (or PQ) or PMI equivalent (Desirable but not essential).
- Agile Foundation Certification or relevant equivalent experience.
- Senior leadership experience, in Projects/Programmes and Continuous Improvement.
We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
