Job Summary:

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to oversee and manage the international payroll for a global technology company. This is a permanent position that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee payment process for UK and international employees, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and mitigating financial penalties.
  • Interface with payroll service vendors, including ADP, to resolve problems and address operational issues.
  • Oversee the payrolling of benefits, including CCV, C2W, electric vehicles, and healthcare.
  • Act as the point of escalation for queries and complaints.
  • Manage the relationship with ADP and the service provided with iHCM.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in payroll management and staff management at both individual and team levels.
  • Strong UK payroll experience.
  • CIPP Qualified (Level 5 minimum) and Member of the CIPP.
  • Experience in ADP iHCM payroll is essential.
