As a Registered Branch Manager with Leaders in Care, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume the role of a CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Lead and develop a large team involved in the direct provision of care and support services.
- Foster strong relationships with service users, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee recruitment, conducting supervisions, and appraisals.
- Implement and maintain effective quality assurance systems to promote high-quality, best practices, and continuous improvement of services.
- Participate in the strategic development of the organization, identifying and developing strategies for planning and delivering quality, innovative services.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in health and social care.
- In-depth knowledge of legislation affecting health and social care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Full driving license with the use of your own vehicle.
Benefits:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Branch Manager.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours.
