Supporting Young People and Adults with Learning Differences

South Staffordshire College is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic part-time Learning Support Assistant to provide high-quality support for young people and adults with Education, Health and Care Plans or specific learning differences or disabilities.

The successful candidate will work effectively and imaginatively to provide first-class support for students, helping them to develop independence and achieve their career aspirations.

As a strong team player, you will have a real desire to help young people and adults. Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and/or disabilities, knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Care process will be an advantage.
