About the RoleAs a key member of the Programme Director's team, you will drive the development of new service pathways, workforce models, and digital healthcare innovations. Your strategic leadership will ensure seamless integration across all areas of the redevelopment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to key workstreams including Service Transformation, Workforce, Digital, and Operations.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure the new hospital model aligns with the Trust's Clinical Strategy and delivers high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with national and regional NHS bodies, local authorities, and healthcare partners.
- Manage programme risks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with governance and quality benchmarks across the workstreams.

We are seeking a highly skilled leader with a formal Programme Management qualification and significant experience in delivering complex, large-scale capital projects, ideally within the healthcare sector. Educated to master's level in a relevant subject or have equivalent experience working at a similar level to the Deputy Director post in a relevant field.
