We're seeking a Proactive Customer Support Expert to join our Barclays Bank PLC team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving more complex customer needs and requests.

You'll work in a supportive team environment with excellent mentors who will provide full training and guide you to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities include provision of customer service, execution of customer service requirements, collaboration with teams, and development and implementation of customer care procedures and controls.

You'll also be responsible for communicating sensitive or difficult information to customers, building relationships with stakeholders, and identifying and addressing their needs.

The salary for this position is £26,500 per annum.
