Fitness Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Director to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Frasers Group as an ambassador for fitness, demonstrating our elevated ways of working at all times.
- Lead national focuses and incentives, such as #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events.
- Advocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE, and deliver and lead by example in this area, supporting and training the wider team to improve confidence and delivery.
- Own the REDEFINE product, driving cohort sales and high levels of engagement throughout the program.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, with ownership of group training timetables and monitoring performance as per company KPIs.
- Grow and optimize member engagement within your community, delivering own on-shift classes as per gym guidelines.
- Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement, supporting the wider team by driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales to drive profitability of the gym.
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role, designed to enhance every visit, and deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis.
- Drive personal training session sales to members and deliver personal training sessions each month.
- Possess a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner level certification.
- Have strong leadership qualities and a passion for coaching others, with experience in delivering a variety of group training modalities.
- Be adaptable in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the team, with a positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity.
- Exhibit a member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills, driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
- Be flexible in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
