Fitness Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to lead our team and deliver an exceptional fitness experience to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our members
- Lead and mentor a team of fitness coaches and personal trainers
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and make data-driven decisions
- Grow and optimize member engagement within our community
- Deliver high-quality fitness classes and personal training sessions
Requirements:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
- CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Flexibility in working hours and location
