About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Director to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our fitness operations and delivering an exceptional experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Frasers Group as an ambassador for fitness and wellness, promoting our brand values and mission.
- Lead and manage our fitness team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver an exceptional experience for our members.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and retention, working closely with our sales and marketing teams.
- Own and lead our fitness product offerings, including MOVE and REDEFINE, to drive engagement and sales.
- Recruit, train, and mentor fitness coaches and personal trainers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our fitness services and programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, staff, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our fitness operations.
Requirements
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner level certification.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays, as required.
