We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Brand Advisor to join our team at a Global Law Firm in London. This is a permanent role within a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Induction, seat allocation, seat rotation, and secondment arrangements for future joiners within early careers.
- Manage and support Employee Relations cases for current trainees or future joiners, including solicitor apprentices.
- Develop and implement solicitor apprenticeship programs, including induction, seat allocation, seat rotation, and qualification.
- Act as main point of contact for solicitor apprentices and manage the roll-out of the program at the firm.
- Organize and run events alongside other Early Careers Development team members.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes from the SRA and have a strong understanding of the route to qualification via the SQE.
- Contribute to the development of presentations and briefings, as necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of early careers programs at a Global Law Firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in the early careers space and a strong understanding of the route to qualification via the SQE.
