Join Our Team as a Special Education Support Worker



We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Education Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with children with additional needs, providing guidance and mentorship in a school environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with challenging behaviors, either in a classroom or care setting. You will also need to possess confident communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other professionals.

As part of this role, you will receive access to an experienced consultant for advice and support, mileage reimbursement for driving, over 1000+ professional development courses available in-person and virtually, discounts and vouchers through our partner shop, a generous referral scheme, rewarding successful referrals, and expert interview preparation and assistance.

We prioritize child safety and require all candidates to undergo a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Additionally, we provide free safeguarding and prevent duty training for all registered candidates.

Job Details

This is a full-time position with a temporary contract that may lead to a permanent role. The salary for this position is up to £9,000 per annum, which is equivalent to approximately £115 per week.
