Supervisor Opportunity at Oliver Bonas Limited

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Supervisor to join our team at Oliver Bonas Limited. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards.

This is a flexible contract opportunity, offering a fixed number of hours per week across various days and shifts. Your rota will be communicated to you in advance by your line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the store's sales growth through commercial analysis, including footfall, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
  2. Ensure the team has an awareness of the store's sales target and current performance, as well as their impact on KPIs.
  3. Act as a role model, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping the team to achieve similar high standards.
  4. Review and action replenishment needs regularly to ensure top sellers and new products are readily available and the store is fully merchandised to company standards at all times.
