Emergency Department Children's Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Staff Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be able to deliver high standards of care to patients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with plenty of initiative to take on new challenges and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. The post holder will work closely with the senior nursing team to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Independently assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care for a defined caseload of patients.
- Assume responsibility for individual clinical areas within the unit.
- Maintain and continually develop specialist knowledge of nursing practice relevant to individual clinical area.
- Contribute to the development of others through supervision, mentoring and teaching.
The estimated salary for this role is £34, 880 - £41, 787 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with a range of benefits, including access to ongoing professional development and opportunities for career advancement.
