Main Responsibilities- Deliver inpatient rehabilitation as part of an in-reach model to Llandrindod Hospital
- Manage a community caseload independently across Mid Powys
- Contribute to service development, mentorship of junior staff, and delegation of rehabilitation plans
- Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of community therapy services
