Physiotherapist - Community Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in East Somerset, specializing in Post Covid19 Syndrome and ME/CFS rehabilitation. This is a hybrid role, requiring only 1-2 days of on-site visits or office work, with the remaining time spent on independent assessments, treatment planning, and patient intervention.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct independent assessments and formulate specialized treatment plans for patients with Post Covid19 Syndrome and ME/CFS.
- Provide appropriate intervention and support to patients, including writing assessment reports and implementing treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with the community team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Experience working in community rehabilitation settings, particularly with patients with Post Covid19 Syndrome and ME/CFS.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Competitive hourly rate of GBP25-32.
