About the Role

As a Team Leader in one of our betting shops, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Representatives, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain high standards and ensure the shop always looks its best
  • Build relationships with customers and provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Champion safer gambling practices at all times
  • Open and close the shop, with support from your team as required
  • Ensure your shop achieves its targets
Working Patterns

Our shops have a variety of opening times between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are devised on a rota basis and are subject to change, including evening and weekend working.

Requirements
  • Aged 18+ (a legal requirement)
  • Supervisory experience and great people skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a professional and dynamic approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills to engage with customers from all walks of life
