Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing cases, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Provide expert legal advice and updates to clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
• Draft and review legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Scottish laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with estate agents, lenders, and fellow solicitors to ensure seamless transaction progression.

Requirements:

• Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with experience in Scots Law.
