Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our retail team. As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service
- Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop appearance
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service
- Champion responsible gambling practices and ensure a safe environment for all
- Manage shop opening and closing procedures, with support from your team
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets through effective team management
Working Patterns
Our shops operate between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are created on a rota basis and may include evening and weekend working.
Requirements
- Age 18+ (a legal requirement)
- Supervisory experience and excellent people skills
- A positive attitude, professional approach, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
