Store Manager

Store Manager Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and staffing of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered at all times. This includes opening and closing the store, working within company guidelines to achieve financial targets, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage store visual merchandising and housekeeping to ensure a high-quality shopping environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven retail management experience, ideally in a 1-2-1 customer service environment.
- A strong track record of achieving results while delivering exceptional customer service and visual excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
