Store Manager - the role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and staffing of the store, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies and objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, fostering a culture of excellence and driving customer satisfaction.
- Open and close the store, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike.
- Work within the company guidelines to achieve the store's financial targets, leveraging commercial acumen to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is given, measuring against set objectives and driving continuous improvement.
- Recruit and induct employees, developing a high-performing team that embodies the company's values and mission.
- Provide staff training and coaching, empowering employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the store's success.
- Manage store housekeeping and visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment that reflects the company's brand and values.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, driving staff productivity and efficiency to meet business objectives.

- Proven retail management experience, ideally gained within a 1-2-1 customer service environment, with a track record of delivering results-driven performance.
- A career history that demonstrates experience of achieving results while delivering unrivaled customer service and visual excellence, with a strong commercial acumen.
- A positive, passionate, and adaptable individual who can think on their feet, reacting to change and driving business growth.
- An ability to maximize sales and KPI-focused, with a strong understanding of business metrics and performance indicators.
