Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at C2 Recruitment - Retail, Hospitality & Charity Specialists. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and staffing of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store's financial performance, including sales, profits, and expenses
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and supply chain management
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the store's management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, ideally in a premium retail environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
