Job Description

As an experienced Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, advising on warranty cover, and upselling additional parts/accessories. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking MOTs, services, and repair work for our customers
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Managing high volumes of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • A warm personality and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP or other essential dealer systems would be an advantage
