Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Buckingham. As a key member of our in-house legal team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate with external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, franchising, and litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 1-3 years PQE.
  • Strong experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
What We Offer:
  • Base salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits.
  • Predominantly office-based role in a dynamic and growing company.
  • Opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and gain exposure to different areas of law.
