Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts and agreements. You will also advise on non-contentious employment law matters, providing guidance to management and HR teams on employee relations, contracts, and employment policies to ensure compliance with relevant UK employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Advise on non-contentious employment law matters.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure legal strategies align with business goals.
  • Liaise with external partners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and collaborative legal support.

Requirements:

  • UK-qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
  • Significant experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
  • Solid understanding of employment law, with experience advising on non-contentious employment matters.
  • Background in franchising or litigation is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
