Materials Planning Coordinator

TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of materials through the production cycle. This role supports the planning team in Hastings, providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the production facility.
Key Responsibilities- Release production orders in line with schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Action rework notifications, allocating stock to correct production orders, and printing rework production orders in a timely manner.
- Manage scrap replacements, ensuring daily completion of required tasks and ownership of value stream KS areas.
- Print labels for value streams as requested by production.
- Complete and action routing change notifications and engineering change notifications, ensuring re-run of master data and cancellation of production orders as required.
- Provide exception management support to the planning team and create deliveries for parts going into stock.
- Confidence working with computer software, including Excel, is essential.
- Experience working with SAP is desirable.
- A positive and proactive approach to work, eager to solve problems and help the business run smoothly.
