At TE Connectivity, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our planning team. As a key member of our Materials Planning Team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining an optimal balance between demand and supply.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet production or engineering schedules
Determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules
Monitor cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value
Collaborate with teams to execute plans smoothly
Work with production supervisor to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production goals
Requirements
Preferably a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Previous experience as a production scheduler in manufacturing and experience with moulding scheduling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in scheduling software systems, including SAP
